Please complete the online aircraft display form if you are planning on flying into and displaying aircraft at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston TX.

The aircraft must be loaded into the George R. Brown Convention Center on Monday, July 14, 2008 by 1:00 pm. There will be a pilot briefing at the Houston Police Dept. Helicopter Patrol Unit on Monday morning, July 14, 2008 at 7:00 am. Aircraft will then be flown to the George R. Brown Convention Center between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm. Fuel tanks may contain no more than 25 gallons of fuel at the time of entry into the Convention Center. Gas caps must be locked or sealed with tape, batteries disconnected and igniter breakers pulled. Please remember to bring ground handling equipment and anything else you may need for the load in-and-out.  A van will be available for transport from Hilton Americas-Houston to pilot brief classroom at 0600.
