Springfield, MA, May 7, 2010 Dan Caine, CEO and President of Patriot Technologies Group, LLC, and Bryan Smith, an Instructor and Subject Matter Expert at PTG, delivered remarks today at the 2010 Airborne Law Enforcement Association (ALEA) Northeast Region Safety Seminar held in Springfield, MA.  Caine and Smith’s academic block of instruction focused on PTG’s advanced tactics, techniques and procedures employed by America’s airborne law enforcement professionals.
