Signs Service Agreement with West Coast Helicopters

Richmond, BC – Vector Aerospace Corporation, one of the world’s leading independent providers of aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services is pleased to announce that Vector Aerospace Helicopter Services-North America has signed a Service Agreement with West Coast Helicopters of British Columbia, Canada, effective through to December 31st, 2011. The service agreement includes an optional two-year extension in support of its fleet of five Eurocopter AStar B2s, two McDonnell Douglas MD500D model helicopters and a Bell 206; and provides comprehensive coverage for all engine and component arisings.

Tim Cox, vice-president of engine and component sales for Vector Aerospace explains that since the economic downturn of 2009, more and more operators are searching for ways to increase the quality of their repair and overhaul support while closely managing operating budgets and maintenance costs.
