NASA's Aviation Safety Reporting System. This is a database of the NASA Reports we all know and love (and occasionally fill out).
FAA Accident and Incident Data
This is a good source of FAA accident databases. Searches can be made for specific accident write-ups.
FAA Human Factors Database
A good source for Federal Human Factors research reports. Most of it is older but still valid.
Flight Safety Foundation
Some good reports and publications, however much of it is on a chargeback basis.
Industry Crew Resource Management (CRM) Developers Group
This is a good link for the scientist, not aimed at aircrew.
