Membership Classes

Note: The Professional, Technical Specialist, and Associate Membership classifications listed below are $35 per year, and each receives the same membership benefits. The only distinction is that to serve as an Officer and/or Director of the corporation, you must be a Professional Member.
 
Professional - Individuals who are employed or appointed as peace officers by a governmental law enforcement agency under the laws of any state or nation, whose duties and responsibilities include the assignment as air crew in, or supervision and management of, the agency’s aviation unit, section, division or department. Any person serving as an air crew member in a law enforcement agency who is not a sworn or statutory “peace officer”, but who seeks professional membership status in the Association, may petition the Board of Directors for membership as a professional member.
 
Technical Specialist - Individuals who are full time maintenance technicians primarily engaged in the maintenance of law enforcement aircraft.
 
Associate - Individuals who support the principles and mission of airborne law enforcement and the unique relationship between law enforcement and the use of aircraft.
 
Affiliate - Industrial (corporate or other) producers engaged in the manufacture, supply, service, or insurance of aircraft, avionic or related equipment used in airborne law enforcement.
